- Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! At the moment, we only ship within the United States. As our brand grows, we plan to expand our shipping zones so we can bring Pets Vibin to pet lovers around the world. Stay tuned!


- How long does it take to get my order?

On average, 10 - 15 business days (in the US). Good vibes take a little time — but they’re worth it!


- Will I get a tracking number?

Of course! We’ll send you an email with your tracking info as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order using the chat button on our website — just select “Track my order”, enter your email and order number!

 

 

Returns & Exchanges ↩️


- What if something arrives damaged?

No worries — just send us a pic and your order number. We’ll sort it out fast so your pet doesn’t miss out.


- Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days for U.S. orders, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not part of our non-returnable product list.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Please check our full Refund Policy for more details.
